2006 - Photo-Manipulation - I used a photo of Slot Canyon in Arizona to create this Photo-Manipulation - this is the larger version of a larger one with the same title - here is the link for the larger piece “See The Soul SM 2006”[link] is another piece from the Slot Canyon Series which I made in 2006 - I have developed a special & secret technique for making Photo-Manipulations - it is because of this technique I can completely change the original image in to an abstract one - it also allows me to achieve as many different colors I am after when it comes to each piece - it also allows me to control & obtain textures I want along with light in each image - when I achieved the image I wanted I then pushed it to one side so it would only fill half of my work surface - next I made a mirror image & then assembled the 2 sections together - finally I placed a black contour line around the piece in order to define its edges plus give it a clean finished presentation - I made this for this gallery in 2006 - I have now brought it home to stay for good
